📦 Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • During peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales, product launches), processing times may extend to 5 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped, including a tracking number if applicable.

🚚 Shipping Options & Rates

We offer standard and express shipping options within Australia and selected international destinations.

Australia

  • Standard Shipping (2–8 business days): $8.95 AUD or Free on orders over $100 AUD.
  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $12.95 AUD.

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping (7–12 business days): $15 AUD flat rate.
  • Express Shipping (3–6 business days): $22 AUD.

International (US, UK, Canada & selected countries)

  • Standard International Shipping (10–21 business days): $20 AUD.
  • Express International Shipping (5–10 business days): $35 AUD.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs, and courier delays.

We care about the environment as much as your skin. All Lightoils orders are packed using eco-friendly, recyclable materials to minimize environmental impact.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive this email within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us at admin@lightoilsveganskincare.com.


Delivery Issues & Delays

  • If your package is delayed, we recommend checking with your local courier or postal service before contacting us.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or strikes.
  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact your local courier first. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or resend items that have been confirmed delivered.

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your country’s regulations.
  • Lightoils is not responsible for any charges incurred due to international shipping laws.

💰 Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (skincare and oils), we can only accept returns or exchanges on unopened, unused, and sealed products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, sealed, and in its original condition.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).
  • Custom or made-to-order items.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges due to hygiene concerns. If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us for a replacement.


🧴 Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery at admin@lightoilsveganskincare.com.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage.
  3. Once reviewed, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

🔁 Change or Cancel Your Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at admin@lightoilsveganskincare.com. Once your order is processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.
